Bookings and Payments

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a £50.00 non-refundable deposit. On payment of deposit the customer confirms that he/she has read and accepts the TERMS AND CONDITIONS as set out by Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire. Full payment is required 14 days prior to date of hire.

Undertakings by Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire

Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire will endeavor to arrive at the agreed collection point at the agreed collection time. However if due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire accepts no responsibility. If, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we can not carry out the full commitment of the booking at the agreed time, we will do our best to hire in a third party to carry out the booking. The third party vehicle/s will be of similar standard. However Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire accept no responsibility of further cost's, i.e Concert Tickets etc...

Vehicles

All our vehicles will be Taxed, MOT tested and insured to legal standards and will be maintained in good road worthy condition.

Delays

Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire accept no responsibility for delays en-route to destination, i.e breakdown, traffic delays or bad weather conditions. However, at the time of booking we will advise what we consider a suitable time for Hire to commence, although the ultimate agreed time will be set by the customer.

Undertakings by the customer

Amendments

Amendments to original agreed booking may be made upon agreement with Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire. An additional charge may be incurred.

Damage

Any damage or breakages caused during the hire will be charged to the customer.

Smoking

Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire operate a strict NO SMOKING policy. The driver will stop on request for passengers to have a smoke. Any person smoking in hired vehicle may be asked to leave.

Return Journey

At time of the booking, an agreed time for commencement of return journey will be made. It is the responsibility of the customer to be ready for commencement of the return journey at the agreed time. If the customer is late a charge of £25.00 per half-hour will be made. Under certain circumstances when there is another booking on the vehicle, Supreme Stretch Limousine Hire reserve the right to commence the return journey without the customer. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.

Alcohol

Carriage of alcohol to certain sports events and anywhere in Scotland is illegal. It is the customers responsibility to ensure total compliance with these rules. If you are in any doubt these rules apply to you, you should seek advice.

Surcharge

On certain bookings where a large amount of alcohol is likely to be consumed a deposit of £200.00 will be required. You will be notified of this at the time of booking. £200.00 will be refunded if no sickness, damage, late return or abuse to driver has occurred.

Number of passengers

Maximum 8 passengers.
